These mats are amazing....my cookies l bake now are all perfectly baked with an extra bonus patterned bottom on the cookies(from the slight weave pattern of mats)...they look so professionaly done now. Best of all evenly baked..no more burnt cookies. I highly recommend these.
Basketball cookie cutter worked well. I used the embosser directly onto the cookie (no fondant) and it looked great.
